Return & Refund Policy

At 3alabaly, every item is made to order with love and purpose. Because we use a print-on-demand model and many of our designs are limited releases, all sales are final, except in the case of damage, defects, or incorrect fulfillment.


💌 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered — we're here to make it right. Please contact us at Hello@3alabaly.com within 14 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund. In some cases, we may request the item be returned before a refund is issued.


📏 Sizing, Style, and Order Accuracy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or style selections

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Delayed packages due to carrier issues

  • Orders submitted with incorrect shipping addresses

Please refer to our size charts and double-check your cart before completing your purchase. 


🌍 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are not included in our pricing and are set by your local government.

Shipping times for international orders may vary widely depending on location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for international shipping delays once the item has been handed off to the carrier.


⏳ Shipping Delays

Please note that occasional delays may occur due to supply chain issues, postal service interruptions, or high-demand periods. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to expedite delivery or reroute packages.


💳 Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect.
